So maybe you are wondering how we came up with the name for this blog "live a life alive". Maybe you aren't. Maybe you haven't given it much thought, that's cool too. In case you WERE wondering, here is the story. Steph and I were brainstorming for a name - something cool, catchy and something that speaks to the heart of what we feel God wants Club 56 to be. It is our desire, in our own lives, to live for God and to go all out for Him. John 10.10 is a verse we will be focusing on this year at Club 56. It says: "The thief's (Satan) purpose is to steal, kill and destroy. My (Jesus') purpose is to give them a rich, satisfying life". This was the verse that Steph and I had discussed as a verse to focus on this year at Club 56. I then thought of the song that I have put below. (and the lyrics are under the video) It is called "heartbeat" by Remedy Drive. It also directly lines up with what God was showing us as the direction we should go. From that, the name of the website came and we were off to the races. Hopefully this song, this blog, Club 56 and most importantly, the Holy Spirit living in you, will encourage you to Live a life ALIVE for God!!!
